M.Com. is affiliated to Bengaluru City University. The intake strength for the course is 30. Admissions are based on merit as per the Karnataka Education Act. 50% of the seats are filled through the Bengaluru City University Centralized admission process based on merit. 50% of the seats are filled by the college management 'BHS Higher Education Society'. Well equipped laboratories are in existence.

Eligibility for M.Com (Gen) and M.Com (F&A)

Candidates who have passed the three year B.Com./ B.B.M. degree examination of Bengaluru City University or any other University considered as equivalent thereto, provided they have obtained not less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/Category-I candidates) marks in the aggregate in Commerce subjects.
